Is there a free trial?+
No. Premium doesn't have a trial, but the free plan has no time limit, so you can use Sofra for as long as you like before deciding whether Premium is worth it.
What counts as an import?+
Every recipe you bring into Sofra counts as one import, whether it comes from a link, a photo, a PDF, pasted text, or an audio or video file. On the free plan you get 5 imports every 30 days.
What counts as a recipe change?+
Asking Sofra to rewrite a recipe, like “make it gluten-free” or “halve the sugar”. Saving ingredient swaps as a new version of a recipe counts too. Looking up swaps, scaling servings and switching units are free and unlimited. On the free plan you get 3 changes every 30 days.
What happens to my recipes if I cancel Premium?+
They stay. Your library, pantry and shopping list are kept exactly as they are, including recipes you imported from YouTube, and you go back to the free plan's limits.
How do I cancel?+
Tap Manage Subscription in your profile to go straight to your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or cancel there directly. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?+
Apple and Google take the payments for subscriptions, so refunds go through them under their own policies. You can request one from the App Store or Google Play.
